The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a stunningly beautiful area. the Bistro nearby was lovely, and the gardens felt like something out of a fairy tale. the owner and staff were all very nice and friendly. the breakfast was full cooked and plentiful, including yogurts, cereals, and a variety of excellent foods that were frequently replenished.

Beautiful old and fantastic accommodation with magnificent setting so close to the lovely new Bistro next door that Norrie recommended, perfect location for exploring the Cairngorms region, and the train station, various restaurants and hikes.

The room is brand-new, the staff is really helpful. It offers very efficient services and has a full cooked and freshly prepared breakfast choices.

The location of Arden House in Kingussie is magnificent and lovely, situated near local attractions like the Highland Wildlife Park and a very nice restaurant. It is only 2 km away from the Iona Gallery, making it a perfect location for exploring the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The owners were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the train station and just next door to a great restaurant. I was able to explore the surrounding area easily, thanks to the helpful tips from the owners. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. I appreciated the wide array of refreshments and biscuits available. The breakfast was fantastic, exceeding all my expectations. this hotel provided excellent service and was in a convenient location.

Arden House is a charming small hotel with lovely staff. the marvellous setting is comfortable and so close to the Highlands, local pubs, and restaurants. Nearby the Tipsy Laird is a great place to chill out.

our second stay in kingussie was even better! found a lovely b&b that exceeded our expectations. friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, and comfy beds made it a truly relaxing holiday. definitely coming back soon!

Enjoyed our spacious room with beautiful views and a convenient central location close to the golf club, along with friendly staff and owner.

The room we stayed in during our trip was great, and we'd totally return for another stay. It was a quadruple room that had been nicely upgraded, modern, and had its own bathroom. 🌟
